Site Migration

To migrate a site, follow these steps:

1.  Step 1 – First, purchase a hosting package with us (It is possible to add a site migration fee at this stage as well);
2.  Step 2 – Provide us with your old hosting settings or a backup version of your site. Write to us from the admin in “Support”;
3.  Step 3 – After our response, you purchase the migration service (if you did not pay in “Step 1”);
4.  Step 4 – If the site does not require specific configuration, its migration will be completed within 24 hours;

– Note:  The price does not include the configuration of special settings: payment system, marketing mailing settings or other special built-in services that are determined by the customer's individual business. In such cases, a different price is agreed upon.
