- The .GE zone domain fee must be paid before its expiration. 1 month before, our system starts sending reminder emails to your registered email. As soon as the payment deadline passes, the domain is deactivated for 30 days and blocked. It is also possible to pay and activate the domain during this period. If payment is still not made within these 30 days, the domain is canceled and put up for resale. Its new buyer becomes the full owner of the domain and the old owner loses all rights.
- As for the rules for overdue international domains (.com, .org. .net .biz and others), they are more or less the same, although there are different deadlines after the domain is deactivated and there is a penalty mechanism. Therefore, always try to pay the domain fee on time. If the domain is important to you, pay for several years in advance.
Domain or hosting activation occurs instantly upon confirmation of payment. If payment is made by plastic card, activation occurs immediately upon payment, however, when making a bank transfer, payment is confirmed after a certain period of time, so in such a case, domain or hosting activation will occur immediately upon confirmation of our invoice for payment, at most by the end of the business day, if payment has been confirmed.
Domain ownership is recorded in domain records (owner record, domain administrator record). These records are filled in by the registrant when purchasing a domain. These fields can always be changed from the registrant's ``account`` and this is sufficient to change domain ownership | More: https://billing.finddomain.ge/index.php/knowledgebase/46/--.html
The domain transfer process does not explicitly change ownership, as the relevant ownership fields remain the same. Only the website and/or registrant account changes during the transfer. Changing the account can be done on the same registrar's website, and it is not necessary to transfer it to another registrar. If you have purchased a domain on our portal and want to transfer it to someone else with full ownership rights, you can transfer the domain to someone else's account and have the legal records changed there by them. To do this, you can write to our system - in your admin, menu ``Support``: specify the domain to be transferred and whose account you want to transfer it to: e-mail, name, company. This user must also write to us in the same way from his account, so that the agreed domain: .... is transferred to his account. Based on these letters, our service will transfer the domain to the new account. After that, the new user will have access to the legal records of the domain.
For a detailed description of this procedure, see our knowledge base: https://www.finddomain.ge/index.php/knowledgebase/12/---NS-.html
Help is provided to our portal users, in particular, if you have purchased a product and would like assistance with this. At this time, it is necessary to identify yourself and the purchased product, therefore, assistance can only be obtained by writing to ``Support``. Log in to your account (from your account on finddomain.ge) in the ``Support`` menu and write from there.
If you are not yet our customer, we will provide you with consultations via a ``chat bot`` or other contact means.
