Migrating shared hosting users to a new server

Our company continues to acquire new technologies and improve its services. Currently (August 2023) our hosting customers are being gradually migrated to a new server, While this should be painless for the users themselves, the following details should be taken into account:

1.  Write the new server NS settings to your domain (site name):
ns1.fastservers.ge
ns2.fastservers.ge

How do we do this? Log in to your “account” on the site where you registered your domain (where you pay for the domain), then go to the domain’s DNS settings and replace the old record with the new one. Then be sure to log in to the same settings again and make sure the change was successful. After this procedure, the site will appear from the new server within a few hours.

We have systematically transferred your site to the new server, however, if you notice any errors (which may rarely occur on specific sites), your programmer can adjust them.

The old server will operate in parallel until 15.09.2023, so if you wish, you can also log in to the old hosting and make a backup version of your site. Login options are the same

Log in to the old server: https://server.finddomain.ge:2083

Log in to the new server:  https://server1.fastservers.ge:2083

2.  If you use an online payment system on your site that depends on your IP address, then send your partner bank the new IP address of your site:  144.76.154.211

3.   When migrating to a new server, it is possible that emails received during the migration period (24 hours) will not be reflected on your new server, however, they are not lost and can still be viewed on the old server. Therefore, emails on the old server can be viewed in parallel until 15.09.2023. Compare only emails from the migration period. Your site migration period See here

If you want to save such files, please do so in your own way: copy them, or something else.

4.  Since the new server runs on the latest updated software, it is possible that sites built on the old software base may experience certain bugs. Write to finddomain.ge about these issues. From your admin, select “Support” in the menu. Our specialists will help you as much as possible, although some older sites may require adjustments from your programmers.

For problems, contact us from the admin menu under "Support"
